I doubt whether $100 would pay for the necessary memory, let alone the labour and the processors. Assuming of course that these are not soldered to the system board instead. If you don't have what I paid for, why are you still advertising this model and specifications on your website? In your terms and conditions it is stated: "A refund, repair, exchange or credit is available if on arrival the goods are advised faulty or the model or the specifications are incorrect." This is certainly the case here. Please stop making unacceptable offers and just send me what I paid for. It shouldn't be too much to ask. I do recognise that it may be expensive for you to ship a new system. Perhaps you could improve your business practises in future to ensure that you send the right product out - and take responsibility when you don't.
