Meeting on May 18th. Appointed BA as Project Executive and LL as Project Manager.
Project Board consists of BA (executive), CW (supplier), and KI (user). Project Board also responsible for Project Assurance.
Capture lessons learned step unavailable, as no record from similar prior projects.
Daily log and Lessons log initiated as a combined text file.
Project Brief to be written. Consists of:
* Executive role description
* Project Manager role description
* Project Management team role descriptions
* Project management team structure
* Outline business case
* Project Product Description
* Project Approach
* Additional Role Descriptions
Once brief is complete, submit to Board authorisation to initiate the project.
